Shallow well NO.99 was handed over to Masumbwe villagers in Kaham District in Shinyanga region. The villagers have procured a land of 30 acres where they are planning to build a secondary school. The well was sponsored by BETA CHARITABLE TRUST C/O WIPAHS.IN THE LOVING MEMORY OF LATE MURTAZA LAKHA. The villagers thanked and prayed for the donors for their generosity as besides helping the villagers with clean and safe water, the water will also be used during the construction of the secondary school.

Status: Completed October 2010

Notes: Well 99 has been sponsored by BETA CHARITABLE TRUST C/O WIPAHS.

£1,350 will provide one shallow well. £4,050 will provide 3 shallow wells in a same village and greatly improve the whole village’s well being
